Pinchbeck CLT opening Maurice Chappell Way (Maurice is in the middle!)
Wilsford CLT and Pinchbeck CLT both opened their newly completed housing developments in March 2015. Ten homes in Wilsford and fourteen homes in Pinchbeck will be prioritised for families with a connection to the village and let at Affordable rents. Both developments were completed in partnership with Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association and with the assistance of grant funding from the Homes and Communities Agency. The homes were built by Westleigh Developments Ltd.
