We held our first EMCLH webinar event on Zoom on December the 9th 2020.
It was a well attended and successful event which looked at the motivations that lie behind a variety of community-led housing initiatives and at the kinds of local policies that could support such work, now and in the future.
It looked at :-
– the aspirations behind local community-led housing initiatives
– how policies can promote partnerships, sites, properties and finances
– how policies can generate opportunities in response to local demand
